Privacy policy

GeoSignal ("we", "us") provides AI search-visibility tracking for brands and agencies. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have. We sell no data, run no advertising trackers, and collect only what the product needs.

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and workspace details, provided at sign-up or via OAuth (Google/GitHub). We never see or store your OAuth passwords.

Brand data: the websites, prompts, competitors, and business context you add for tracking.

Sweep data: AI-generated answers collected from public AI APIs in response to your buyer prompts, plus the scores and citations we derive from them.

Operational data: basic usage logs, billing records via Stripe, and support messages you send us.

How we use it

To run sweeps, compute your visibility scores, and generate reports, alerts, and digests.

To bill you, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

To reply to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

AI providers

Sweeps query public AI APIs with buyer prompts — the same questions any person could ask. We send providers only what's needed to run a sweep. Provider responses may be processed by those third parties under their own terms.

Data retention & deletion

Sweep history is kept for as long as your workspace exists so trend lines keep working. You can delete individual brands (and their history) anytime, and request full workspace deletion by contacting us — we complete deletions within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in uses OAuth or magic email links — we store no passwords. Access to production data is limited to what operating the service requires.
